Schedule Your Lesson Today

  1. Select your private lesson length and how many sessions you would like to purchase, then complete the scheduling form as prompted. If this is your first time booking with Sol Studio, your initial 30 minute consultation is free of charge. Simply select the single 30 minute private lesson option and enter the code “FREESESSION” at checkout.

  2. Once your form and payment have been received, you will receive an email within 24 hours offering appointment times based on your availability. If this is your first private lesson with Sol Studio, a Pilates intake form will be included with this email and must be completed and returned before your initial session.

  3. Once we have selected a date and time, your appointment will be scheduled via Google Meet and you will receive an invitation for the meeting. You will also receive a reminder email on the day before your session, confirming your appointment and providing the meeting link one more time.

  4. On the date and time of your session, please open the link provided in previous emails to join the virtual meeting. If you have any trouble with this step, please send an email to karlee@pilateswithsol.com and I will help you get connected as efficiently as possible.
